• I found many of the exercises in this workbook useful for further understanding personal financing. The chapter on retirement is particularly useful.
  
  I purchased the version of the book, but as I read through it, I wish I purchased the paper version instead to mark up and complete the exercises. Nevertheless, I just highlighted passages in the version and copied and pasted selected exercises in my digital journal so that I can review them later.
  
  While the Makeover workbook is must read for personal finance management, I disagree with Ramsey on the advice of paying with cash. As a three-year user of the YouNeedaBudget.com budget-to-zero method, I have disciplined myself to use my two credit cards like debit cards. Because I use the YNAB application to budget, I pay off my credit balances every month, sometimes a a few times a mouth, because I don't allow my balances to go over 30% of my credit line, to maintain a credit score. By using the cards instead of cash, I can keep track of every dollar I spend, and I can effectively budget for all my monthly and future expenses. Plus I get reward points for using the cards.
  
  The Makeover Workbook is useful for thinking about money management (seriously avoid debt like a plague), but YNAB is the tool than can help you build a budgeting discipline. YNAB has helped me save thousands of dollars even though I have relatively limited freelance, contract income.
• My husband and I started our debt free journey with The Total Money Makeover on audio book. How I wish we had the benefit of this workbook when we started the baby steps. I believe in Dave Ramsey's program for financial freedom so much that I've purchased two of these workbooks and two of the hard copy books The Total Money Makeover and gave them to two of the ladies I work with. I purchased the Financial Peace University home study kit and gifted that to my sister and brother-in-law a few months back. If I'm able to help any of them even begin thinking about beginning their debt free journeys then it was money spent very well. Needless to say, I highly recommend this workbook and all of the financial management tools produced by Dave Ramsey and his team.
• If you have the book (I have the audio book) this is pointless. I thought it would have great budgeting worksheets-nope. I wish the description would've said that they have the same info. I'll just buy a budgeting book instead - actually I'll make a budgeting binder!!
• This is a new way to look at facing down debt and helping you to live within a budget. It is plain english and contains real stories of folks who have used this plan. I am currently working this plan. I recommend this book to anyone struggling with their finances.

• Listen to this guy DAVE RAMSEY on PODCAST, you will be hooked!! Follow this book like MANY MANY MANY other people and you will get pumped like his TONS of his followers. They are testimonial that this works. No gimmicks just pure facts and straight forward easy to follow information. I never write reviews but this book has been a big deal to me. I read in 4 days and put my chores on hold. I would have to say the workbook seems to be sort of redundant based on the book so I don't totally think its necessary if you want to save money. The workbook is good though. If you can't afford the book tune in to his podcasts because you won't be sorry!! To Dave Ramsey, thank you for starting a fire in me!

• Ramsey’s writing style is clear and easy to read. Humorous as well. My spouse and I are enjoying his financial tips. They work as well.

You want to do this?" and "I can't understand why a Duke would give himself STRESS like this looking for a wife" AND other modern expressions being used is like a bucket of ice water being thrown on you to bring you out of hypnosis!
When I read a novel, I am "into" it--I am the characters and when modern words used only in this 21st century are used I am thrown into the "now"! This book did NOT interest me with a heroine deep into deceit and feel no compunction about it. I wish new authors would write like adults and invest some time reading about the period they are writing about! I would NOT recommend this book and will not be buy any more of this author's novels!"

• Isabella💃💋, in defiance to her father's wishes, trades places with her maid Miss Honora, when he ends her engagement in France and ships her off to England for a new betrothal to Thomas🐺🍆🌋, a new Duke.
  Her father is a very wealthy vinter, and he sees the chance for his daughter to marry into the nobility, because the Duke🐺🍆🌋 is broke. Thomas' father lost a huge amount of money when his ship carrying a valuable cargo sunk. The loan is due in a few months! Thomas' father dies suddenly, leaving him saddled with the debt.
  
  The book is all about the two ladies identity switch, and how Thomas🐺🍆🌋 and Isabella💃💋 still fall in love💘, although he thinks her just a poor lady's maid. Should he marry for 💘, or marry for the money he desperately needs?
  
  Of course, the deceit fostered by Isabella is awful, and it's a wonder Thomas could ever forgive her. This is an adult romance.

  I liked the book, although the identity switch is a little hard to follow at times.
• I have read several of Ms. Harding's books and enjoyed them, however this one disappoints. DECEIT the quality of being dishonest or misleading. For the first third of the book I was not enamored with Isabella. She appeared prideful, spoiled and entitled. It did not sit well with me how hard she tried to deceive Thomas only to fall into his arms at every opportunity when she was acting as the maid. Thomas being a duke, should have known better than to dally with the staff. It did not do him any credit how he disregarded and disrespected the arrangement he had to wed Isabella's faux mistress. I started skipping through the dialogue as it was becoming tedious to me. Isabella found out why Thomas agreed for the marriage. It was because her father was to pay all his debt. She became indignant. Which I found funny because she was deceiving him. She was not so innocent in the relationship either. When her malfeasance and duplicity was uncovered everything fell apart. Her heart was in grave danger. Despite this I had a hard time mustering up any sympathy for Isabella. I felt bad for Thomas. If the purpose of the author was to incite displeasure for Isabella's character, she succeeded. At about three quarters of the way into the book, it finally became interesting enough so that my full attention was on each page. When I read the epilogue, thankfully it ended with an HEA. Then when I read the extended epilogue, I did not want the story to end.
• Isabella Desmarais the Daughter of a wealthy murchant has had things her own way for to long she has decided on a husband but just as she think's she's engaged to one man her father pays of her current groom for a much better option a Duke. She's less then happy and decides to deceive her new groom the Duke by trading places with her ladies maid Honora and you guessed it things become complicated when she starts to desire her new groom and now she's pretending to be a maid.
  
  Thomas Wilmington has just inherited a mountain of debt and people are about to come collect fromhis fathers mistakes but he dose have one thing going for him he's handsom and has a title and hes just been offered a spirited minx of a Frenchwoman by a merchant who wants to come up in the world. And when his bride arrives hes shocked shes anything but spirited now her maid she would make a lovely mistress. Passion ensues one thing leads to another they cant keep there hands to themselves he reveals why he needs a rich wife she is furious its her but he doesn't know it then everything unravels and the secrets out will Thomas forgive Isabellas for her deceitful behavior after all she's everything he want's in a wife. And can Isabella get over her hurt and fury over the Duke needing a wealth wife to save his family good name. This had plot twist and romance along with a vile man trying to control and blackmail someone.
• Steamy; Thomas and Isabella definitely become lovers by the end of the story. The identity switch allows Thomas and Isabella too much time together without a chaperone. Isabella is almost too polished as a maid while Honora is too quiet as the mistress. But then Isabella mistakenly believes that she wants to break up the match even though she has had a definite break with Lucas due to her father's influence. Mr. Bolton, the valet, guesses the switch. Mr. Chalet, the dock supervisor, is found out after trying to blackmail Isabella. His blackmail is ineffectual. Isabella and Honora have already revealed the switch. Thomas is miffed. Fortunately, reconciliations are made. The estate of Thomas is saved from debt. In the epilogue a daughter is born, and Honora, the maid, also marries her beau. (Minor editing and formatting needs to be done.) The description of the places is good. The story does keep the reader in some suspense. Read something else to get a nap.

• WOW! I loved this book. I’d definitely give it 5+ stars if I could. I struggle reading longer books and nearly didn’t even attempt to read this one for that reason. I am so happy that I did read it, I was absolutely hooked from beginning to end. I’ve read a few books written by Erin Swann now, and I’m quickly becoming a fan. “Caught by the Billionaire” tells the story of Ashley and Vincent. They went to their Prom together, but broke up because she wasn’t ready for an intimate relationship. Now, Vincent is a billionaire business man who doesn’t do relationships and Ashley is an F.B.I. Agent who goes undercover working for Vincent to nail him as a criminal. The plot is really interesting and progresses in a logical form. The characters are realistic and likeable. The twists and turns in the story keep the reader engaged and wondering how it will all end. Oh, almost forgot, the hot and steamy scenes are very exciting too. Really, I can’t recommend this book highly enough. Check it out, I guarantee you’ll love it as much as I did.

What he doesn’t know is the DOJ has information he’s conspiring with organized crime and the government wants to take him down.

  This is a terrific read with romance and intrigue that kept me guessing till the end who the bad players were. It was a book that was difficult to put down. Well done Erin Swann!

• This is a book I didn't want to put down. Ashley an FBI agent assigned to go undercover to prove Billionaire, Vincent Benson, has ties to the mob. The first rule of going undercover is, you aren't you. This is a problem with Ashley going undercover to expose Vincent, he and Ashley know each other from being high school sweethearts. How does an undercover assignment work when both parties know each other and have a history? Will Vincent trust Ashley and "hire" her to find out who hacked his computer and is threatening him,? Will Ashley be able to remain "undercover" and expose Vincent or will their old attractions to each other re-ignite and ignore the rules.

• OMG! I could not put it down. I stayed up until 3 AM to finish this book. They went to prom together and then he broke up with her. Now, Ashley, a CIA operative, is working undercover trying to get the goods on Vince Benson. The problem though? She is still in love with him and he wishes he would’ve never broken up with her because he is still in love with her too. And their attraction? Positively ignitable passion.
  
  There are times in this book when you have to put it down and just clap your hands and stomp your feet because you’re so happy about what is happening. Fantastic characters. Great storytelling. And a great storyline. You feel all of their emotions. Heart wrenching. Breathtaking. Romantic.

  Erin Swann's Covington Billionaires is a series I've been zealously following since I got hooked with book 1. Book 7 was a great second-chance suspenseful billionaire romance and had a wonderful plot with well-developed characters sizzling chemistry between them.

• Ashley is a FBI agent who is working undercover to expose a billionaire (Vincent) ties to the mob. Ashley and Vincent dated in high school until he dropped her when she wouldn't have sex with him but now she is working as his assistant. The more Ashley learns she is convinced that someone is trying to frame Vincent. As they grow closer all types of things are happening in the story and hopefully Ashley can prove he is being framed. There is also some hot sensual sex scenes in this story so I guess Vincent may hold onto her now. Lol.

• He's a billionaire and she's a FBI agent that is charged with finding the evidence to bring him down. Only problem...he's her high school crush. She is determined that she can complete this assignment without feelings. Feelings do become involved and she is determined to find the evidence that he is being framed. Can he believe her once he learns that she is undercover or will they work together? It is a very good book that reels you in and keeps you reading until you are through.
